S's 'Little Boy' (the codename given to the atomic bomb at the time). Almost all had their heads bowed, looked straight ahead, were silent and had no expression what so ever. Even though Japan was a fierce aggressor who, through their cunning tactics, disciplined style of fighting and the values of honour, tradition and endurance fuelling their war machine the feeling at the time was that they deserved what was coming to them. Personal opinion is omitted and fact has set the scene for a truly emotional, specifically chosen piece of writing to make westerners and U. atic resolve could have been attempted. "In this gripping extract Heresy has chosen to portray the degree of seriousness in the burn victims and their suffering. The extract that reflects this reads, "some where vomiting as they walked.
