HB Enterprise is a geographically dispersed organization with a workforce of approximately 1000 staff providing a wide range of support and commercial services to the hospitality industry. At this stage HB Enterprise relies on a HRMIS which is both manual and computerized. The organization is intending to select and implement a fully integrated client/server Human Resource Management System. The purpose of this report is to make recommendations on how to analyse the effectiveness of the existing HRMIS, which is both manual and computerized and how to establish the requirements of a new integrated computerized HRMIS software application.
