             There are people who won't even step foot in the ocean for fear of being eaten alive by a shark. But who would disagree. A shark is the perfect destroying machine. It's enormous in size and it's razor sharp teeth make it one of the most feared creatures by man. But are sharks really vicious man-killer's we have labeled them? Or have we made sharks to be more terrifying then they actually are. through centuries of exaggerated stories?
             Since I was born I've always have had a passion for the ocean . I've always loved getting up early and cruising down to the beach to get in the water. I started surfing when I was about 10 years old, in my home town of Hermosa Beach, and I've loved it ever since. Whenever I have a chance to go down or up to the beach, I've always gone. The ocean has always intrigued me with it's greatness and it's creatures living in it. The one living thing that amazes me the most in the water, is Sharks.
             I'm going to discuss with you today the valid facts on sharks, so that it will maybe give anyone who has fear of going out in the ocean, a little comfort. I'm going to share with you the views from the people who are around sharks daily. I 'm also going to let you know the untrue fact 's that are usually generated from the media and newspaper's. Also I'm going to educate you on how the shark thinks, attacks, and generally lives.
             Out of all the species on this earth, either walking, flying, slithering or swimming, there aren't many who have been around as long or came in so many shapes and kinds as the shark. A Great White Shark, which are the most aggressive sharks, account's for about 1/3 of all annual reported shark attacks.
