Animal Protein vs Antibiotics

The production of animal protein has dramatically changed during the last twenty years. Traditional farming methods were based on the natural biological cycles of the animals. The cows, sheep, chickens, ducks, rabbits and hogs were always free to roam around the farms' land, eat the grass, nest on the soil, mate at their pace and on their season and grow at their own natural speed under rays of the sun and the clean air from open fields.
