A Rice Burner is a slow car that has modifications done to it that do in no way increase the performance of the car, they rather give the appearance of performance. While these cars are rather slow to begin with the people who buy them try to make them fast by adding parts that make the car look fast but actually do nothing to increase the actual performance.
