frustration breeds discovery

In W131 frustration is something that will not be missed, but has prepared me for my future. When I first came into this class I did not know how perplexed writing really was. This course has trained my mind to take the frustrations of writing and put it into thoughts of enrichment.
In this writer's reflective I essay will be going through the major frustrations I had starting out. The two papers I will be writing about through this paper are the summary strong response and the autobiographical narrative. The summary strong response is on a book we had to read for this course and it was a true story. I do not go into very much detail on the story because this paper is not about the book, but the frustrations I had while enduring this class.
The purpose of frustration is to make the mind work to learn more. Some frustrations are journal writing and trying to think of what to write. They felt like a waste of my time, but now I see how they related to the course goals and what we are suppose to accomplish in this course. So I discovered that the frustrations of journal writing only help my mind get prepared for the next writing assignment.
One of the writing assignments was to write a summary strong response and when I first came into this class I was not very sure what a summary strong response was, until we had to do one over the book, Into the Wild by Jon Krakauer. After learning exactly what a strong response was, I really ended up enjoying writing the paper. I liked this assignment because I had a chance to give my own views over the issues involving the mental anguish the person in this book had. Which lead me too raise questions and give facts about why I thought the way I did about the book and about the character in it. The purpose of this paper was to get use to this type of writing style, because it is one of the most common writing assignments that I will encounter in college courses.
