This new product has the potential to skyrocket your company's earnings by 300% and you're in charge of the workforce behind it. You look around in a frantic state and notice everyone has left, the report isn't done, and that minute is almost up.
             The scenario above demonstrates the reality of a fast paced electronic world, and this situation is one that small and large companies alike often face when communication within itself is not fully exercised. Communication is a fundamental process that a company needs to take part in to make itself run smoothly. Communication by definition is "using words effectively to impart information or ideas" (Webster's). Building on this definition, it is necessary for businesses and workers alike to realize that the implementation of communication is growing more dynamically every day. In today's competitive work environment, communication throughout a company is an essential tool that should be strengthened and utilized to its highest potential.
             The importance of communication within a company is definitely essential, and benefits every part of the company's structure from the ground up. Employees are in essence the company, and building communication skills between workers can provide positive and reassuring interaction between people.
