             Globalization has played a big role in attempting to make the rest of the world available to everyone else. Without the process of globalization 'poor' countries like the democratic republic of Congo would not have received aid for the people as well as being able to afford various necessities such as clothing. However globalization has its negative repercussions as well, for example countries trying to sell there most abundant resource could be exploited by other countries which have greater amounts of money and resource. This is very evident in the world as we know it today. Companies such as Telstra are moving many of their operations into countries like India where the people are prepared to work for a wage much less than people doing the same job in Australia.
             Poverty is a major problem in developing countries as the country simply doesn't have the money to implement the proper facilities that a developing country would need. For example building a hospital is a good idea for the health and safety of the people, however there is no point having a hospital that cannot afford to pay doctors to work in. This is where globalization has its affects. The people would receive medical aid and doctors from various countries that are able to give up there time to look after people. However, globalization could also be seen as the cause of this poverty as free trading is all very well but serves no purpose to countries that don't have the money or resources to trade in order to afford fundamental buildings and facilities. Humanitarian aid organizations like the WBG (World Bank Group) help fight against this poverty, they do this by lending masses of money to developing countries so they can afford the necessary f...
