             At Fiserv Inc. (FISV), our strong organizational culture has increased behavioral stability, thereby eliminating the need for formalization, while consistently reducing turnover. Our culture has produced an encouraging and pleasing rules, a sense of identity and commitment which goes far beyond self interest.              Secondly, we have a humanistic-encouraging culture in which Fiserv manage in a participative and employee-centered way. Employees are expected to be supportive, helpful, and interested in the suggestions and ideas of others.
             Thirdly, Fiserv has an affiliative culture demonstrated by their high priority on constructive interpersonal relationships and the personal satisfaction of its employees. We are also expected to treat one another in a friendly and pleasant way and to openly share information, opinions, and feelings.
             Fiserv has shown that attention is shifting to the need for employees to personally take responsibility for the success of business if they hope to survive and prosper.
