Your majesties, your excellencies, members of the Norwegian Nobel Peace Prize
committee, and to everyone whom has been affected,
The value of the appreciation I have for this award is something that mankind cannot put
into words. To know that I am standing on a podium that was once graced by the likes of
Jimmy Carter, Mikhail Gorbachev, Martin Luther King, and Mother Teresa is simply awe
inspiring. In my eyes, my accomplishment is minuscule in comparison to the greatness
achieved by these individuals, but to know that my fellow human beings can use my name
in the same breath as these great individuals makes me believe that my life was one that
was not wasted. I, however, am not the only one who has won this award. It must be
attributed to the people and Great Being that impacted my life in such a manner that I am
able stand here and give this speech. I must first and foremost thank God, the Greatness
that gave me the ability to be here. I must also thank my mother and father, because they
gave me the best education throughout my childhood, but more so, they enrolled me into
an academy known "GAMES", which stands for "Georgia Academy of Mathematics,
Engineering, and Science". At this institute, I gained life changing experience and matured
far quicker than I would have if not enlisted into this institute. I put my academic abilities
to test, and often times I was challenged to exceed limits which I thought I would never
reach. I was able to finish my final two years of high school in a high school atmosphere,
and therefore I completed my bachelor's degree and preceded to my master's at a
phenomenal pace. The impact of the program was not only in the classroom, but also
outside of it. I learned how to cope with my problems in a better way and the program
taught me to never give up. I attribute most of my success to this great program and
