Against death penalty

For a long time capital punishment has been thought to be flawed and unfair. It has been proven by certain civil rights groups such as the ACLU that the circumstances surrounding the murder or of the accused get more people convicted than the actual evidence against them. For example if you are poor than chances are you will get an inexperienced public attorney and are more likely to be convicted especially, if you are a minority and the victim was not, or was a police officer/government worker.
