"His parents went to Jerusalem every year at the feast of the Passover. This began the start of the new testament. The crucifixion of Jesus took place in Jerusalem where mankind were forgiven the sins of Adam and Eve and salvation was given. It was a sign to show he Jews that he wasn't there to discriminate their traditions, but to show that he to obey them and makes them stronger. It was necessary for the lord Jesus Christ to be circumcised because he has set an example o the Jewish tradition. And also an example that shows He was not against their traditions was his circumcision. The Pharisees were discussed at Jesus when He healed a man on the Sabbath for it was not lawful to do such a thing. Without the Lords crucifixion in Jerusalem and he shedding of Jesus' tears and blood we would not have salvation. There was a man called Simeon who was told by the holy spirit that he would not die until he had seen the Lord Jesus Christ and he came to Joseph and Mary and blessed them and the child and soon after he departed in peace. The Passover was when God sent Moses to the pharaoh and told him " let my people go". The life of Jesus shows that He wasn't sent to earth to change our customs and traditions but to widen them, which the Pharisees could not understand. The pass over was an annual tradition which even Jesus celebratrated. The Pharisees wanted Jesus closely, that they may find an accusations against him.
