The number one key to keep your customers coming back is to make them feel at home with friends, your business and you. As a teachers assistant I have seen this in organization, courtesy, and consumer satisfaction. hey create a semblance of order and they reduce daily stress levels. People don't want to return to a place that makes them feel unwanted or used. Without happy customers you would never have business. If you make them satisfied, they tell their friends. Then they come and so on and so forth. You also need the proper courtesy to make you customers happy. There is so much to do, so much to read, so much to know, so much to learn, so much to choose from. And basically, that's what the world is all about, business. Over all customer satisfaction is what brings the customers back. Again it's all about keeping customers happy and giving them what they want.
