Animal farm (old major/ napolean)

From a vision to a reality, it appeared as if something big was being accomplished, but in the end all progress was lost and the civilization ended just as it began. This is the strong message George Orwell delivers to many readers for generations to come. In Animal Farm this message is clearly represented and defended, it shows the true nature of what excessive power is capable of leading an individual or a group to accomplish. Old Major was the elder in this society and he was seen as the wisest of animals. This is what he had to say on his current situation," Now, comrades, what is the nature of this life of ours? Let us face it: our lives are miserable, laborious and short. We are born, we are given just so much food as will keep the breath in our bodies, and those of us who are capable of it are forced to work to the last atom of our strength." Pg. 28 Old Major is well aware of the treatment the animals are receiving, and now he knows it's time to do something about it. He tells the animals how miserable they are, how they are underfed, how they struggle to live from one day to the next, and how under appreciated the animals are. Old Majors response to this problem was to revolt. "Tha

People refuse to believe the truth of what was occurring in Communist Russia. The farm became a human's society, by following in all the traits that make humans evil. "The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again, but already it was impossible to say which was which. This will remain a strong story with a purpose and a terrifying message for years to come. It was time for the animals to take back what belongs to them. They think they are happier, and they know all the production they accomplish on their farm is their work and not the work of a human. Orwell shows change is not always in the interest of the public and is capable of causing greater problems than the previous system before the change. The original idea was for all the animals to be equal and be members of the same class that was not the case. t is my message to you, comrades: Rebellion! I do not know when that Rebellion will come, it might be in a week or in a hundred years, but I know, as surely as I see this straw beneath my feet, that sooner or later justice will be done. They knew this farm was theirs and no human could ever tell them what to do again. Nothing possibly could have gone wrong. He uses the corruption of power between the pigs to show all plans are subject to change and to watch out for the people who use their influences for self-centered actions. The animals were thunderstruck they couldn't tell them apart anymore. The pigs took the milk and told the animals that they drank the milk for the rest of the animal's benefit, if the pigs drank the milk they would be able to provide more for the farm, and by them drinking the milk Jones would never return.
