Who is Robert Martell? He is a highly motivated and dedicated person, who sees sky as the limit. A person that has the ability to conform to rules and structures, which is an important factor mainly because companies value people who will follow the rules and fit in the structure of the work place. A person that has the ability to work under pressure and meet dead lines. I tend to inch my way in most tasks, take the necessary time to get the mission accomplish so I can get far better results.
             Appearances tell a lot about a person. I try to be well groomed at all times. I strong believe that first impression last. I set the tone for what people would think of me. If you take time to present yourself, you will take time on any project presented to you.
             My mission in life is to be successful. What does this means? It is knowing your purpose in life, growing to reach your maximum potential, sowing seeds that benefit others. I want to be looked upon as a role model for my siblings. I try to have the right attitude towards success and the right principles for getting there.
             Throughout my life I set goals or standards in what ever I do. Goals setting give me a long term vision and a short term motivation. It also gives me the confidence I need to achieve higher and more difficult goals. I try to set a lot of goals for my self, and I will share some in this paper. My short term goals will include me finding a better job, one that will provide me with more money and less work time. With this option I will have more time for school.
