The world is going to be filled with prejudice no matter what. People are going to have their own opinions about some issues, new or old. If there weren't any disagreements, the world would be at peace. That seems impossible with today's world. Religion has been the topic since ancient times. We must consider if our religious rights are being taken from believers.
             While growing up in the United States, I have always known that one can not pray in school. When I was young, I didn't really care, but now I wonder why anyone isn't allowed to practice their own religion in public? Sure in the past, Great Britain, along with other nations, had problems with religion, and that is why we have freedom of religion in the United States. Although, the citizens of the United States are not allowed to pray in school, they are allowed to have Bible club. In addition, most celebrities pray before a big event; for example, Destiny's Child, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, etc...
             Some people have tried to rewrite our nation's pledge. Some people believe that the word "God" should not be in the pledge. When the pledge was first created, no one had problems with the word "God" in it, and now people are making a big deal out of it. Also, in Arizona and Texas, the Ten Commandments are being eliminated from the human eye. What is wrong with having God's rules displayed to the public? Most people forget about God's laws and having them displayed only reminds the people. Then again, those people may feel guilty with breaking God's laws. Now, the case has been taken to court. I feel that you should be able to freely express yourself in any manner including prayers in school if that's what you want to do.
