Status of Islam

The spiritual aspect of an Islamic woman's life is very clear-cut, as written in the Qur'an. The Qur'an states that a woman is completely equal to men in the eyes of God in reference of her rights and responsibilities. Interestingly, in Islam women are not blamed for Adam's first mistake, as they are in many other religions. In the Islam faith they believe that they both were jointly wrong in their disobedience to God, and eventually both repented and were forgiven.
