Church and state
There are many different reasons that the separation of church and state is a good idea. On the contrast there are many different reasons that the union of church and state is a good idea as well. This has been an on going battle since the revolution, when we fought against religious persecution.It is said in many religions that God's will is good, healthy and above all appropriate for all men and women alike. That God wants what is best for all his children. If the government were to represent God's will, that belief would be instill to all the people (God's people) of the nation. Consequently everyone who understands the meaning of God's will would be a step closer to the better side of life (the right path). Another positive reason for uniting church and state would be that children might better understand their fellow man. They would be able to realize that even though there are differences between them in how they dress, eat, or choosing right from wrong, they all believe there is a higher power and that we all are God's children. This belief would signify family values within larger communities.
If the government tried to instill its leader's beliefs upon the people of this nation it would defy all the lives that were lost in the fight to have the opportunity to be free. This would give the homeless the idea that God is still there. Darwin's theory of evolution has had science spin it's self around it ever since it was created. It is wrong to force people into religious persecution. That everyone has a right to choose their own religion and that people should keep theirs to themselves. They can have a mistake while have intercourse or they can plan it. That meant that if people didn't believe in the leader's religion than you were deemed treasonous and put to death. Our freedom would slowly be taken away with other people's beliefs being painted all over televisions and radios, newspapers and magazines persuading the minds of our nation's future. Homeless people, most of the time, have the thought that God wasn't with him or her when there lives fell apart. Virtually all science would have to be changed to agree with that of religious beliefs. The revolution (1776) was started because of religious persecution. If religion were united with the government, laws would be passed preventing abortions. Another reason that separation is necessary is women's rights. This idea hangs over their heads and keeps them unmotivated and less likely to get back on there feet.
