Left or Right?

             A moment in my life when I was scared was when I was just a kid on a summer vacation. My parents decided to ruin our family vacation and drag us to Mexico to go visit our grandparents. We knew we were not going to enjoy it knowing all of our friends are going to be back at home having "Water Wars" and all of the "Banana Splits" their stomachs can handle. My summer had not even started and I could already tell it was not going to be a good one. That was even before I was faced with one of the biggest and scariest decisions of my life, " should I go right or left?"
             My summer had almost passed me by and there was not a memory worth telling anyone in their right mind. That was the case of course up until the last day when my mother asked me to go get my father so we can go home. It seemed easy enough, the only problem being he was at the other end of the farm and the only way to reach him was through a course of obstacles.
             My first obstacle was finding and mounting a donkey in order to take me across my destination. As you can imagine, it was difficult riding the donkey for I was only a few feet tall. Trying and trying harder every time, I was beginning to fell like a midget mounting on an elephant. The task seemed impossible but there was no way around it.
             The walk was too far and the heat was devastating. I proceeded to try and mount the donkey until I finally did. Once on the donkey, the last and most difficult decision came about. Was I to go "left or right?" My father was a great distance away from me. It was like I was at home base and he was at second base on a baseball filed, only with a lot greater distance in between. I had to either go to 1st or 3rd because in between was the entire crop and my grandmother would beat me to a pulp if I dared to walk by there.
