Reader's Digest, my favorite magazine since I was a teenager, is the top selling general interest magazine in the world, sold to over 100 million readers in nineteen different languages. It is amazing that one small book has such substantial content. The world is open to the reader when you read it. Not only can the Reader's Digest be the key to obtaining information, education, and entertainment, but also the Reader's Digest appeals to different people. Reader's Digest provides us with a good source of information. Reader's Digest has different articles which include news, advice, facts, and fun. These give the reader many kinds of information. Because health is an important topic in our life, Reader's Digest provides much information in great detail. For example, in "America's Biggest Health Care Crisis", it discusses the problems in the healthcare field today and gives detailed information about how to choose the right healthcare. Although obtaining information and getting an education are important, perhaps the most important thing about reading Reader's Digest is that it offers us entertainment. In "Word Power" and "Word's Puzzle," we learn the power of words and understand many vocabulary while playing the games. "Medical Update" gives us information about the medical field. In "How to Train Your Dog," we get an idea how to train our dogs correctly. According to this information, we can make a right choice.
