Staying fit and having a good healthy diet is more then just staying away from and sicknesses and illnesses. It is an active procedure many individuals go though to be successful physically, mentally, and emotionally. Being physically fit, and having a good wellness program changes and also reduces health problems. The basics behind staying fit is to understand how your body function. You should develop an understanding of this there education and research. Making it a habit of eating right and exercising, also having a good understanding of all aspects or dimensions of life is a good start. Being optimally healthy is an emotional, mental, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual endeavor. This is a state where we feel the best, and have best resistance against diseases. Emotional health is one of the dimensions of wellness. This is when things like stress come into play. Things that affect your sense of communication. As far as dealing with my emotional health I am not under a lot of stress to affect my emotional well being. Stress management in an unhealthy way deal with stress by doing things like smoking or drinking and drugs but they don’t do anything but hurt your body. Being able to think and ask question even critical thinking is good. Having a good mind is very good for your well being. People get emotional stress and act on it by doing some thing physical like hitting a wall or playing a sport even smoking and taking drugs. This is how they work in a daily life or day-to-day pattern. They go to gather like hand in hand. All of these come from not eating right. Another part of mental health is expansion being able to expand your mind and retain knowledge of what you have learned. I love to talk to people not just to laugh and have fun but also to relieve stress. Being able to be satisfied with your self. People hurt themselves by doing muscular strength. I find ways in managing my stress by talking to my girlfriend and playing some kind of physical activity to keep me active. Muscular endurance talks about the ability to continue muscular resistance. Some people love to be challenged. A person that doesn’t eat right is more likely to have problems like heart disease, strokes, problems with working your joints, high blood pressure.
