Abortions are performed throughout the entire world every second of everyday. All people form every walks of life have their opinion about abortion. Some feel that there are many reasons why a woman should have the right to have an abortion. I feel that there is never a good enough reason to abort an unborn child, except in the case of a rape.
             One of the reasons that I am against abortion is you are killing an unborn child. These unborn babies should have the right to live. The unborn child is not responsible for the situation. They did not ask for it to happen. Many people believe that the fetus isn't human yet so it cannot feel pain. A fetus is very capable of feeling pain. A fetus starts feeling pain during the first trimester when most abortions are performed. I believe that once a baby is conceived, it is a human being.
             Another reason I don't believe in abortion is because I am Catholic and the Catholic religion forbids abortions. In almost all religions, a woman is not permitted to have an abortion. There are some religions that will punish the mother if she has an abortion. Other religions will not allow a woman to receive communion after having an abortion. She must do many things as a form of penance for the abortion. No matter what religion a woman is, if she has an abortion, she will be punished in someway.
             The last reason I do not believe in abortion is that there are ways to prevent pregnancy if someone really does not want to get pregnant. Many different kinds of contraception are on the market today. Many are expensive and some people cannot afford them. I feel they should be made more affordable and make it easier for a woman to have access to them. I also think that there should be better and more sex education programs available to people. This maybe would help teens to understand that they should wait until they are ready to have sex rather than having sex because of pee
