The fertility rate of people living in rural areas is higher compared to the ones living in urban areas. Community development is also a factor of fertility increase. Furthermore, the number of family members in the rural areas is higher than the ones in urban areas (Fleiger, 1971).              In the year 1972, the census report showed that death occurs at a young age, usually a few years after birth. The death rate of children was 23.4 percent. (Bureau of Census and Statistics, 1973). In the year 2000, the death rate was 6.13 for every 1000 people. On the other hand, the infant mortality rate on the same year was 29.52 deaths for every 1000 live births (http://yahooligans.yahoo.com/). Last year, the death rate decreased to 5.6 deaths for every 1000 population (http://www.geogrophyia.com).
             Environment is also a factor that can affect the population. The environment has different aspects.
