The Attributes of God
There are many attributes, or qualities of God. They are based on our ideas of Him and from the things He has created. Logic proves that only a being infinitely more wise and knowing, and perfect could have created a planet such as the one that we live on. We know that there is no possible way that the universe with all of its billions of stars and planets, could have simply just happened. We know that man could not have created himself, nor the animals, plants, insects, and the many other living things on the earth, because it is impossible. For instance, man can only create inanimate objects like machinery and paper, but even those things came from something God made - paper comes from trees, and the metals in machinery came from the minerals God put in the earth. Therefore, everything we have in our world came from God. The minds of the men who created these objects had to have come from somewhere - where else but from God? Many doctors have tried to `create' a human being, but they have always failed, because only God can do that, and we need God to breathe life into our souls, or else we cannot live. Those who try to `create' people are trying to say that they are just as good as God Himself. They don't want to admit that the
We fail in doing many things, because it is too hard for us to do either spiritually or physically. He already has all possible perfections; He did not change when He made the world, he does not change in His attitude towards us, because He is without the passions and emotions of people. He can do all things, and there is not one thing that is hard or impossible for Him to achieve. It is very difficult for us to imagine eternity, but if we think of all of the good things that God is and then imagine a world (place) filled with them it may be easier. He is the final goal of every human heart, which looks for ideal happiness, which can only be found in God. There is nothing that He has made that is not beautiful - including the snakes and ugly insects. In God, there are no defects or imperfections - He is infinitely perfect. He is all-knowing; He knows all our thoughts, words, deeds, actions and omissions. " That also describes God as unchangeable. It is hard for us to do the right thing all of the time, but not so with God. If we knew God, we would always want to please Him and we would never do anything to harm our chance of getting to Heaven. There is not one place on earth that one could go, or any place that one could hide. He is omni-present - He is everywhere. God in all ways is there for us to adore. God is almighty, or all-powerful.
