Teams and working together

             In many facets of life teams are used to run businesses or to show people how well they can get along with others individuals. In order for this country to run properly teams are a must because everyone has a different idea or view on what needs to be done to make whatever the situation is work. If we look around and notice that basically teams are everywhere from home, school and work. At home everyone has to do their part or the house will be a mess and the bills will not get paid on time. Through learning together and making decisions based on everyone's input a team can be profitable and rewarding to all participants.
             There are many different types of teams that function perfectly with the right development. In order for teams to succeed and work together they must follow certain rules to keep everyone satisfied, but first we have to go through different stages of development. Learning how to work together, and making decisions based on what everyone has agreed to. The cross-functional strategy is very helpful in networking with team members and finding ways to complete assignments to the best of your ability. Team members may not agree all the time, but there is always a way to work things out. Since assignments need to be turned in together as one document there must be a member of the team designated to send the work in on time providing the other team members do the same. There can be problems when all members are on different schedules and a lack of communication occurs. Therefore, team members need to work together and make sure the communication is available and utilized.
             Learning self- management is a major part of belonging to a team. Self-management is just what it says managing one's self.
