Ethnics Differences

Different ethnics race choose their ethnics race as the prettiest in most cases, but in this case it has something to do with what the media thinks is the prettiest and best looking. As a group we choose six different models from different ethnics groups and showed them to kids of different age and different ethnics groups. Each of the children chooses whom they thought were the prettiest out of the group. The issues that will be addressed are different ethnics groups, gender, and media influences. When we are born, we are born into a family of our ethnics groups such as Black, White, Hispanic, Filipino, Indian, and so on. When we are born we don't choose our race, it is given to us from our parents. As we grow up our parents teach us who and what we are and they tell us what to think is beautiful in life. From my group survey, we interviewed different ethnics groups of different ages. Each one had chosen whom they thought was the prettiest and from the result they choose someone in their own ethnics group and/or someone similar to their ethnics group. To me its shows that we might already have a problem with race because the kids are saying that their race is prettier than anyone else's. With this information it shows that mayb

With the world we live in today everything is made up in technology and every celerity/entertainer is all over the place such as billboards, magazines, and videos. With both male and female we have different but very similar opinions on who or what is the prettiest thing/person. The problem doesn't just come from the kids, it very well reflects the parents and what they are teaching their children when they are young. Last and most main point that is about to be addressed is the media influences. I had showed them the pictures of the different girls and told them to choose whom they thought were the prettiest. From a mans point of view, it seems like all they was looking at was the body image and not what her face looked like, to me all that matters to some men is a pretty little body with something to hold on to, from a female point of view it seem like we look at the whole package such as face, body, style, and maybe even on talent. Now when Ashanti came out, everyone was saying she was trying to be like Beyonce with the little shorts, and the lighting of her hair color, and also having a high profiled relationship with a famous rapper just like Beyonce with Jay Z. With these two male answers it shows me what kind of female they are interested in. Form the female point of view some choose the classy girl, some choose the dark tanned girl with a fake glow, and some of the girls rarely choose the white girl. e the kids haven't seen the world as a whole and that everyone in this world is beautiful in their own way; it doesn't just have to be physical, it can very well be mentally, fashionably, and just natural. Answers that really caught my eye, was the answer from my two male friends ages 24 and 22. With the media all around us we see whom the media thinks is pretty and hot at the moment, with the information from the media, we as people jump on the ban wagon and go with whom the media says is hot. I know we all are different ethnics group but like my dad says we are all one race, which is the human race, this means that we are all beautiful no matter what ethnic background we are. All of this would be the negative side of the media. So they looked at all the pictures and the 24-year-old male had to look twice and he choose the girl in a pair of jeans with her butt all out because she supposedly had booty, anyways the 22-year-old male choose a more classy and down to earth female.
