I have visited many Starbucks in many different locations. One in particular is in Rohnert Park, Ca because I lived in the dorms at Sonoma State and Starbucks happens to be across the street. My experiences at Starbucks are always positive especially the people who work there have excellent customer service. There is nothing better than a warm cup of coffee at 7:00am. I have class at 7:30am twice a week, so I visit Starbucks twice a week because coffee sure helps me stay awake during those long lectures.The best way to begin my day is through coffee, and that is why I love coffee. I associate coffee with Starbucks all the time. You can have a great conversation with friends and business associate having a cup of coffee. I also like the fact that coffee helps reduce the risk of a number of diseases. Coffee also helps me stay awake in my morning class.I would like to work for Starbucks because
Customer service is a vital component in ensuring the success of any business, so that is why I try my best to serve the customers with their needs. Starbucks also offers customers a unique experience and their employees that is why I would like to work for Starbucks. While I work there I continued to see him come almost every Sunday and I always helped serve him. I felt great going out of my way helping a customer and taking a chance to help him even though he was rude to me. I am a Starbucks fan and I love the fact that Starbucks is dedicated and responsible to its customers. It was a busy Sunday like all other Sundays and this one guy came in with a cane and he had Alzheimer so he shook a lot. A specific situation is when I used to work at Wok King an all you can eat Chinese buffet. I was a hostess there and also in charge of the cash register. I know that what I did was effective because he continued to come and that made me feel he appreciated what I did. I rang him up and I asked if he needed help to get to the table and he replied in a rude tone: "no and said some racist stuff. A bad customer experience is remembered for 25 years and is told to 10-11 people. I asked him: "is there anything I can do for you?" He said yes I need someone to get me my drink and I did. Working at Wok King I learned how to show quality customer service. I also asked him what he wanted to eat and I got in line and got him the food he wanted to eat. the environment feels like you are at home.
