Why New England Lacked Diversity

Opportunity is an immense and unique word that citizens in countries all over the world are searching and hoping for. Sometimes it may mean a difference between life and death. Since that famine caused 1 million deaths it was an excellent idea to leave Ireland. An example of this would be the potato famine that occurred from 1845 to 1850 in the country of Ireland. That is primarily the reason why so many Cubans are fleeing from their native land and trying to make a home in America, where there they offer freedom, rights, and hope for the future. People migrate for many reasons, such as romance, adventure, climate, persecution, curiosity, opportunity, famine, oppression, however at the same time, people choose to tolerate hardships and remain in their homeland. On the flip side, some governments cause their natives to leave the country because they are too controlling and are doing too much in their country. The Europeans traveled around the world just to get their hands on various and unique types of spices. Some governments do not care about the fact that their job is to protect and be concerned for the citizens of that country. Not only do natives of a country leave because their forced to from the lack of nutrition, but they can also leave for the purpose of buying specialties such as needed spices that serve as several different uses. Natives leave their countries all the time to escape the oppressive government that they are under. The Sudan government is not taking any action in preventing or stopping the Muslim terrorists from killing and injuring masses of Sudan natives. Such as how my great, great grandparents came to America from Sweden seeking hope, a new chance at life, and improved employment. Some governments do not care about the responsibilities they have and take no action when their people are suffering and dying.
