Language can tell a lot about a group of people or on person. Sometimes we can't understand one another and that can cause judgment that is wrong about that person. This can cause someone to be misinterpreted or judged for how they speak. If someone is speaking with a slow speed and soft tone that might mean they are depressed or down. If people speak with an accent or has limited speaking skills they are automatically placed into a category of some sort. If someone speaks with a stern powerful voice that person may be seen as someone who has to be in charge. We all use language either verbally or physically. Language is the main tool of communication used every day. If they speak in slang or with the "Gangster" type of language they are automatically seen as a person who has no education. If someone is from a foreign nation and are learning our language then they will speak with a heavy accent. Another reason is the culture we were raised in has the biggest influence on how our language is spoken. We can do a lot with language and its an important tool in everyday life. The way we speak can also tell others what kind of mood we are in. The person who is speaking English is and will always be misunderstood in some way.
