In this essay on Jesus, I am going to talk a lot about what made Jesus such an important figure. I am going to discuss Jesus' birth, death and some of what in between. When Jesus was born there was a census of the whole world going on that was ordered by Caesar Augustus. Every one had to register in their won town. So when everybody heard of this census, Joseph went from Nazareth in Galilee to Judea, to David's town of Bethlehem. While Mary who was pregnant at the time and Joseph were in Bethlehem, Mary gave birth to her first born son. She named him Jesus. The only problem was that that there was no space in any shelter for Jesus, Mary and Joseph. So Mary wrapped her newborn baby in some clothes and laid him to rest in a manger. This was the only place they could find for Baby Jesus. There was not a lot written on Jesus when he was growing from b
Then Jesus told one of the servers to pour a glass and bring it to the waiter in charge. At one time children were brought to him so that he could put his hands on them in prayer. God the Father then spoke and said, "This is my beloved son. " With this happening Jesus reveled in his glory and his disciples then really started to believe in him. All of a sudden the water turned into wine. But then the disciples started to punish them, but Jesus said "Let the children come to me. A lot of people started to believe in Jesus. "I should be baptized by you, yet you come to me. They listened to his teachings and Jesus became a big part of their lives. Some time after his baptism, Jesus traveled to Cana in Galilee to where there was a wedding. The kingdom of God belongs to such as these. So I am going to get right to his adult life. At this wedding Jesus performed one of his many miracles.
