             Management can be divided into different levels which include upper, middle, and lower managements. However, disregarding the levels of position, size of organization, ethnicity, sex and age, the role of management always have common characters and share the same vision of goal. The managers play very important role in organization where they coordinate and support with other employees to accomplish the goal. Management role can involve interpersonal skill, knowledge, strong communication, creative and supportive. Management functions have four basic principles that include planning, organizing, leading and controlling. Planning is the set goal or objective where heading to. For example, Tom Gegax, who is CEO of Tires Plus, set the company's goal to double size of company in five years. The question is "how" since the market is highly competition and challenge. He recognizes his vision and comprehends the current market. So he carry his plan to turn into new philosophy where motivates every employee to see the same vision as his. This is example of creative and leading. In another scenario, Mattel Toys was trying to imply her idea into original toymaker to hit current marketplace such as "Barbie for girls and hot wheel for boys". In order to prosecute the plan she has to set up project research to observe the different between boys and girls playing habit before the plan is officially carry on. She motivates her employee to support this innovation idea working new product together. Obviously, two different organizations and managers use different approach to archive the goal but having same view of point.
