I believe that a good classroom management system is essential for any teacher who wishes to have a productive learning environment in their classroom. It is my goal to have a well managed classroom. I want to establish a productive working environment that allows student involvement and cooperation in all classroom activities. res are integral in having a well managed classroom. In order to establish a productive working environment in my classroom I need to be successful in having everything ready at the start of each day. If I establish a good relationship with each of my studnets by communicationg with each of them on a regular basis and showing them that I care about them and their interests then I will reduce the amount of management problems in my classroom. If I, adt he teacher have a friendly and positive attitude and positive expectations that all of my students will succed then I will reduce the amount of behavioral problems in my classroom. By creating a classroom that has a positive attitude, is work oriented and is one in which the students help make decisions then misbehaviors will decrease. If I have everything ready when the students come into the classroom then I will help minimize behavioral problems. They will be able to do more exploration in all subjects and really see how successful they can be. Sutdents will be given opportunities to do more on their own if the whole class is running smoothly and working well. I feel that it is only with a good managemtn plan that true success in the classroom can be achieved.
