LUCID DREAM WEAVING

Dream sign: something w/in a dream that clearly shows that it is a dream Lucidity is the process of waking up within your dream. The dreamscape becomes incredibly clear and sharp, the dreamer's senses are heightened and become real and the dreamscape bends to the will of the dreamer. Dream weaving is the art of manipulating a dream to bend to a persons will. Through this process, the dreamer can change any and all aspects of his or her dream; they can change scenery, scenarios, props, and people with a thought. This incredible power lets you to explore distant worlds, have adventures, superpowers, women, explore your inner self, identify, confront and destroy your inner demons, and even fly. Your dream will become real to you, will be able to smell the air around you, feel the mud in between your toes, hear sounds, feel the wind blowing in your hair and many such amazing feats. There are drawbacks though, since pain is only a series of electrical impulses, all of your dreams will be in "scratch-and-sniff" clarity. Basically, if you are gutted in your dream, you will feel every sensation and pain associated with the process. Another serious drawback to lucid dre

Dream weaving is a lot like the athletic world; a select people in the human race have the perfect ability to become lucid, the rest of us require lots of devotion and hard training to achieve this skill. No more late night reading, watching TV, listening to music, eating or any activity related to your bed that takes away from sleeping; you will have to go straight to bed. In the case of fears and inner demons (painful thoughts that plague you), you must learn to not let them consume you, that you have to overcome them by seeing them for what they really are, irrational fears and painful memories, both things that can't harm you. Imagine the room becoming saturated with the sounds and aroma of the food being cooked. Also, if you wake up in the middle of the night and remember part of a dream, no matter how tired you are or how scattered you dream, you have to write it down. Only, you must remember that anything and everything can be accomplished in your dreams. Eventually you will be able to change any aspect of your dreamscape at will. Harder that actually having a lucid dream is staying awake inside of one. Imagine yourself in a comfortable room with a big screen TV that has surround sound. Vision is usually the first sense to fade, as it requires the largest amount of concentration and imagination to keep up. Tell yourself, "Next time I'm dreaming, I will remember I'm dreaming," and say it repeatedly. Imagine yourself planning your next lucid dream with significant details, like flying and imagine yourself carrying out these plans as you become lucid. Remember to focus your intent if you feel your mind drifting to other thoughts. When a dream starts to fade, one technique requires you to immediately abandon your vision and concentrate of heightening your other senses. MILD stands for Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams; this technique employs the use of a previously stated device, the mantra, and is properly practiced after awakening from a dream before returning to sleep.
