My truck
My truck is a beautiful yet cute, 1999 Chevrolet S-10. It sits on 15 inch Goodyear Regatta 2 tires, which shine like the moon on a clear summer night. Its gold color, with a hint of silver thrown in to give it a sparkle and shine you wouldn't believe. It has cobra eyes on the hood, which send off a vibrant blue light when turned on. The bed of the truck is a monstrous six-foot long bed that you can practically sleep in. The fender wells on it flare out over the tire to give it more of a sleek look. On the step side of the bed, it even came with black Rhino Guards that are raised one inch on the foot step to ensure that the outside of the truck has optimum protection against anything that could possibly put awful looking dents, dings or scratches on it. It has after market taillights in it, which give off a magnificent ruby red and sapphire blue light at night. The corner lights are blue, the break lights are red, and the reverse lights are green. This makes for a beautiful array of colors when I am backing up at night. The headlights have Super Blue High Wattage lights in them, making them like two big lighthouses on the front of
A magnificent 400-watt amplifier, which is sparkling light blue, powers them, with a light in the middle that glow a brilliant red. It has white specs in it, making it look like fresh Winter snow has landed on it, and somehow it stuck forever. It has a tinted mesh lining on the inside of the glass so the sun isn't so bright when the roof is closed. They are Polk DX, which is superb quality, giving it a sound you haven't ever heard in an S-10. They are run to a JVC compact disc player that puts out an astounding 220 watts x 4 speakers. The gas and break pedals have been replaced with racing pedals. The carpet in the truck is also navy blue, actually "setting off" the seats. They are shiny silver with a rough grip on them, ensuring your foot does not slip off the pedal. When all is well with the sound system and all the components are working together in unison, the sound it puts out is unbelievable! Some say that a girl like me shouldn't have a truck or even a sound system but whose to say? When I drive my truck I feel a sense of comfort and coolness that I only feel when I'm in my truck. They are in two dark gray truck boxes that are made from a special type of wood to ensure the best quality, which also gives off a nice pine scent, like the smell you get from a pine tree. The inside of the truck is a whole different story in itself. Recently I had a Delphi Roady 2 XM radio installed, which is the smallest satellite radio receiver with incredible digital sound. On a hot summer's day driving down an old country road with the windows down and the sunroof back, there is nothing more peaceful. The carpet is protected by Rough and Tough custom made floor mats.
