These people haverights that areenumerated in the Constitution and can not have those rightstaken away fromthem by the government. territory such as Guam,Puerto Rico,etc. This type ofcitizenship isnever capitalized when referred to because it is consideredinferior to trueCitizenship. This is also how they trick us intolegally agreeingto pay federal income tax. This is what the majority of the peopleliving inthe country today are; however, the previous type is what ourgovernmentwould like us to believe that we are so they can control us andstrip us ofour rights. They enforcelaws notwritten for us by using federal law enforcement, which also hasnojurisdiction over us. According to theConstitution, Blacks legal dictionary, and every federaldefinition forcitizenship that I have ever seen (including the IRS's 10/40booklet) thatmakes us people who were born free in a state not eligible toparticipate. In every contest rules disclosure I have read so far theyusually state"only legal residents of the United States are eligible", and"odds aredependent on the number of eligible entries received". They are doing a pretty good job of it too. These people have no enumerated rights under theConstitution, theyhave only the privileges granted to them by the 14th amendment.
