Simpson once was a very well known football star in all ways, not knowing that he would later be in one of the most televised and talked about trials ever. Some thought that the system of courts would be changed after this trial for such a crime that occurred. O.J. Simpson was considered one of the greatest running backs in football history. Born in San Francisco in 1947, Simpson earned All-American honors at the University of Southern California and won the Heisman Trophy as the nation's top college football player in 1968. He set several National Football League records before retiring in 1979. He has since worked as a sports commentator and actor. I know how easy and messy mud is in a car or house, and if Simpson had committed the murders there should have been more blood. One was Simpson's defense attorney, Johnnie Cochran.
