             Organizing a travel company is absolutely a challenging task around Los Angeles area, especially with all those competitions. Our primary goal is to dominant Chinese tour market along with more than four hundred other competitors, we find it nearly non-profitable to run this business initially; however, we managed to survive and remain profitable. America-Asia Travel, one of the most well-known travel company, has ten branches in Los Angeles County and dozens of authorized independent agencies around the nation, has a huge amount of cash flow and company assets. We have allied with dozens of business partners around the world, equipped with more than one hundred tour-buses here in the United States, and more than a thousand staffs who are expertise to make the trips more pleasurable. As a matter of fact, America-Asia made all of these possible through three successful functions of management, the knowledge, the technology, and the monetary; and it is the combination of these three functions that helped us to first survive from the competitions, and eventually, turned the company profitable.
             Knowledge is what differentiates our company from the rest. We study the current events, understand the governments' policies, and thus foresee the opportunities ahead of us. Most of our competitors are still running promotions on Euro-Trips; we rather focus on trips to China. For the first reason, exchange rate between dollars to Euro has gone up, and visiting Europe has become very luxury. Putting aside the exchange rate, many European cities suffer greatly from robbery and packet-lifting and the targets are generally the tourists, but local law enforcements are unable to prevent them.
