My piece of travel writing

             I gaze down at my watch and check the time, for what seems like an eternity turns out be a mere 20 minutes. Time seems to be going slower, infact if it goes any slower we would be moving backwards! The seats are as hard a rock and I would have more room if I were shoved in a cardboard box then I have sitting here. And it doesn't seem to get any better with the thought stuck in your head that any second now our aeroplane could be sitting on the bottom of the sea bed. Aren't plane journeys just so much fun!
             I mutter to myself don't worry not too long, jus a little more just a little....
             I must've fallen asleep, I wake to the sound of "we have landed in A
             Ellat, the weather is lovely and we hope you enjoy your stay. Thank you for flying with El Al." Finally. I breathe a sigh of relief knowing that we have made it.
             As I step of the plane the blistering heat surrounds me. I new it would be hot, but this is just unbearable. As we enter the airport a cool breeze brushes against my face. We find our luggage and soon arrive at two large double doors. Behind them awaits my Israeli family. With one deep breath I burst through the doors to find myself being smothered my breathtaking hugs. All those hidden doubts about meeting some of my family are washed away and I feel reassured that the holiday will turn out great.
             My mum brother and I climb into a car with my two eldest cousins. We sit in a massive queue waiting to exit the airport, its worse than an accident on the m25. Everyone beeping their horns and trying to push their way through the traffic, it's chaos! I gaze out the window to find a sea of cars all anxiously waiting to exit. I sea palm trees swaying in the soft gentle breeze and as I open my window I get a fresh dose of Israeli air. As time ticks by we slowly and gradually make our way out of the airport.
             Finally we arrive at the hotel and we kiss our cousins goodbye and head off to b...
