Of course, to the surprise of very few, Carly Fiorina was Fortune Magazines number one pick for the most powerful woman in business . Then, she was only a section president for Lucent Technologies. Now, she is the only woman to hold CEO level status in a top Fortune 50 company and one-of-three women in a Fortune 500 company.
