            Each of us started out with an individual goal that we soon found out to be shared by others across the world. As our first semester at University of Phoenix draws near, we take great pride in having the courage to have taken the first step. By taking action and confronting our fears, we are now one stage closer to accomplishing our goals. We were all over flowing with fear and anxiety about what obstacles and hurdles might be lurking behind each door. We were pleasantly greeted with adventure, and excitement, and the opportunity to bond with such a diverse student body. Although the hours have been long, and we have had to make sacrifices in our personal lives, we would not trade the knowledge we have acquired for anything. In our perspective, you have to give to gain. Unfortunately this class has to come to end just as our team was beginning to streamline our productivity and work towards full efficiency. We will however take with us some beneficial skills that we can apply to future academe as well as the professional milieu.
             Brain Power: We have learned how to cohesively work with each other and combine our brainpower to create awesome synergy. Each one of us is diverse; from our age, to our ethnicity, to our location of residence, to our occupations. We have found that cultivating our differences has afforded us a broader outlook in life. Different people looking at the same problem will offer different ideas and different solutions. Our team has capitalized on incorporating different ideas and thoughts on various issues to find the most logical, and ethical solutions.
             Community: We have been able to form personal bonds with each other beyond the classroom. We have shared personal experiences and pieces of our personal lives. We have even gone as far as trading pictures of each other so that we could put a face to the online personalities. Being a part of this community has taught us to embrace our weakness...
