             Section One: Cigarettes are killing the uneducated youth. This bill is targeted towards the youth and protecting them against making the terrible decision to smoke. This bill will change the amount of smokers because the bill is going to make cigarettes less a part of society and make them less desired.
             Section Two: Every year cigarettes kill more Americans than were killed in World War 1, the Korean War, and Vietnam combined: Nearly as many as died in battle in World War 2. Each Year cigarettes kill five times more Americans than Traffic accidents. Lung cancer alone kills as many as die on the road. The cigarette industry is peddling a deadly weapon. It is dealing in people's lives for financial gain. (Federal Drug Administration) The cigarette companies are deal ling the lives of lived ones for financial gain. The Tobacco industry doesn't just want your money it wants you life. The more death is has to announce is another way the cigarette word gets around. The cigarette company is ruthless when it comes to the lives, the more smokers, the more money.
             The youth replace the 1,200 people that die each day from smoking. Each day more than 3,000 young people become regular smokers- more than one million new smokers each year, 90 percent, which are going to be children. (Teen Smoking. Ayer, Eleanor H. 1999) The Federal drug Administration has proved the harmful life long effects of smoking and yet the educated youth still continue to smoke.
