             It all begins with a boy named Stanley Yelnats. He is a pretty normal kid except for no-good-dirty-rotten-pig-stealing-great-grandfather because he left a curse o their family. Stanley's dad was an inventor. His mom didn't really do anything. They were sort of poor but managed to live in an apartment. Well anyways one day when Stanley was back from school all of a sudden a pair of shoes fell on top of him. He was very puzzled, because he knew that shoes don't fall from the sky. So he decided to give the shoes to his dad because he was doing an experiment on smelly shoes. Then he got arrested because the police thought he took a famous baseball player's smelly shoes. He went to court and they sentenced him to Camp Green Lake. Camp Green Lake has no lake but there was one a long time ago when Stanley's great, great, grandfather was alive.
             It starts with a beautiful young woman named Miss Katherine. She was a very nice person and for a living she was teaching people in a school. There was another person and his name was Charles walker. He was the richest person in America and he really like Miss Katherine but she didn't like him because he was really stupid. There was another person and his name was Sam. Sam was a good person, and he sold sweet, delicious onions. They would always think of him as the Doctor, because all of his onions medicines worked better than Doctor Hawthorns. One day Miss Katherine asked Sam if he would fix some of the things in her classroom and made a trade for 16 jars of spiced peaches. Sam also had another friend named Mary Lou. She was his donkey. One day Miss Katherine ran out to him and said that her heart was broken and asked if he could fix it and he kissed her, and it is against the law for a Negro to kiss a white lady.
