A model educator

Of course teachers posses many unique qualities; however, the quality most important to me is their teaching technique. A suitable teaching technique should be able to make the students enjoy the lesson, learn something and do their work. With the right teaching technique, the student is liable to get better grades in that particular subject, and look forward to coming to class. The teacher that had a great teaching technique, and whom I still remember until this present day is Mr. Andrew K. The subject he taught me is English literature, a subject I adore most of the times. Mr. K proved the fine quality of his more than once. I remember the first day of class, which was also ironically the first time that he was my teacher ever. I entered the class thinking what if he is too strict, boring or do not teach well, so I entered the classroom and waited to see what will happen. Mr. K came in introduced himself; and welcomed us to our first class with a cheerful attitude. His attitude really put me at ease and made me want to get learning started. As the months passed us, the students could not wait to get to class and one of the reasons was that he tried to make it fun as well as educational for us. Mr. K told us stories of his own life, when he was in school and then in college making us feel that we were equals and our fears and wants were similar. What I mean this protected barrier or should I stay reserve some teachers have on just getting their job done and not really getting to know their students he was not like this. As a result we worked hard for him and got good grades, making us better people and achievers. In conclusion we the students kept his wise words and lessons printed in our memories forever.
