Correct Form Running

In the world today people are misinformed about the correct way to run. When I say run, I mean run with correct form. People always think that they can't run to their best ability, using the correct form. When you use correct form when running, you can also run more effectively. If there was no way to correct form running, we might as well not have coaches. Pros' use these three essential parts of there body to perform at high levels. There are primarily three ways to perfect form. One way is to have an open chest; knees come up to about the 90-degree mark. Lastly, arms must be light and rocking back and forth at 90-degree angles. These are the three ways to the correct way of form running. The reason for having an open chest is, so you get as much air as possible. W


These are the three most correct ways to form running. All you should think about is chest, arms and legs. Of course there are sub levels in each one of those main essential points of the body. Arms make the legs move, even if they do not want to. The most important part of form running is to make sure your arms are at 90 degrees both ways. Speaking of legs brings you to my next point. People are usually misinformed about the correct way to run, but now they should know. When you rock forward, your elbow should be at about shoulder length high. Once you do that, you and everyone else will notice the difference in your running technique and mechanics. The objective of getting your knees up is to stay perpendicular to the ground. Really the reason for your legs moving is the motion of your arms, which brings you to my last point. All that leads to faster and more enduranced running. Every two seconds that is when you should breath out. As soon as the foot touches the ground it should come up as fast as possible.
