From the looks of the moon I could judge it was past midnight. The sky was very dark and the weather was very windy. The rustling of trees constantly caught my attention as I rode by on my horse. The rhythmic thumps of the hoofs beat straight into my mind causing a hypnotic trance, and yet I had one thing on my mind-to arrive home safely. Upon reaching the center of the wooded region, I spotted something on the ground. I maneuvered the horse to stop in an attempt to see what it was. Lying on the earth was a goat that looked like it had been ill for a while. I decided to take it with me in order to bring home at least a feast. It took me a few minutes to saddle the goat on the back of the horse before I began my journey home. Everything was going very well until I marked that the horse was beginning to move slower than before. He would not accelerate or even try to gain speed. As the journey progressed, so the slower the horse moved. I also noticed that the front of the horse began to rise up, which meant that the rear was falling. Upon reaching there he saw a couple of his friends and decided to have fun. It is an enormous creature of smoke, which lives underground and frequent ruins. When my grandfather told me this story exactly as written, the first word that came into my mind was Jinn. My cousin said that a few minutes later he heard his name in his ear and turned around to see who was calling him. The second I finished reciting the prayer, I felt some force run through my body and straight out of my head and then my hair stood up and I had goose bumps. He ran into his mother's lap and placed his face down crying, " she is a monster". Its hind legs were clenched into the ground with great bear like claws. Jinn according to Arab stories came down from heaven in the time before Adam (pbuh). A few minutes later my grandfather heard a type of rattle. He told me that they looked sort of like small dwarfs. I looked out my window for a little while before I fell asleep. Unfortunately though I have a story of someone who did get on her bad side. I realized why the horse could not go. Everyone there couldn't believe what he was saying, besides nothing seemed unusual to them, but when he looked up he kept seeing that hideous face and began to cry again. They apparently want a great influence on earth.
