Moreover, Kerry plans to cut the deficit in half during his first four years in office. When he discovers new ideas, he plans to contribute to the citizens to pay for the discoveries. Furthermore, today, businesses are finding new technology to manufacture energy-efficient cars, high-grade steel, advanced plastics, and other new products.
