The Presidential Candidacy
CURRENT EVENTS ISSUES ON MEDICARE, VOTING FRAUD, INJUSTICE REGARDING PEDOPHILES AND THE WARThe current information provided to the American public on both television and all other mews media outlets are infiltrated with political proproganda one could form no opinion that would be of good judgment based on the facts given to us through these sources. When watching the democratic and republican conventions it becomes almost humorous, the list of promises each candidate makes with the American public knowing fully that the promises and agenda in which they will be carried out will mostly likely not become reality. Based on past presidential campaigns the promises are usually null and void before they ever are carried out. Considering the tug of war that occurs between the House of Congress and the Senate the proposed agenda the President makes that is suppose the better accommodate the American people usually becomes so distorted in the end that no one is better off. One would have to conduct an in depth research project from actual factual documents and information provided by private entities or by personally knowing or being a rel
So given the war effort we are in now I say, are we helping the situation or are we the reason it is becoming worse? War is difficult to discuss or have an opinion on no matter what the reason for our country to attack against another. If the state of West Virginia and our politicians would have done their jobs over these past several decades then those people who are needy and deserving of the benefits would have to feel so degraded when applying for benefits. The welfare system was originally designed to be a temporary stepping-stone for those individuals who became down and out until they were able to get back on their feet, not a lifelong way of life. The level of welfare fraud in this great state of ours is embarrassing and our government officials, those politicians we were discussing earlier should get off their political behinds and help the citizens of this state who have worked hard and are deserving of the benefits. I am sure that our prisons are full of innocent individuals and by the same token, full of guilty individuals, but the lack of investigation and completely ridiculous laws that can keep a criminal free because of some loophole is insane. Only after having to reach a $6,000 spend down were they qualified to receive a medical card. Perhaps West Virginia should raise the level of pay for individuals that have stayed true to this state and pay our hard working individuals what they are worth and then we could stop losing our population to our neighboring states. We have to live in this world and make the best of all situations whether good or bad and have the faith and hope to hold on day by day and try to make a difference on some small level within our own lives. When we add to or complicate things, are we making them better really? Reflect on the prayer by Pastor Joe Wright, which has given in the Kansas House in 1996. I ask in the name of your Son, The Living Savior, Jesus Christ. CURRENT EVENT ISSUES ON MEDICARE Considering the issues of medical care to our citizens in this country, I am completely appalled by the lack of interest and responsibility our government takes when considering health care to our senior citizens and other indigent individuals. The democracy of this country needs to go back to the beginning, remember why and how this country was put together, and do whatever it takes to keep our focus on God. The response this prayer was immediate and a topic of discussion for many months. To even discuss or think of it is a complete waste of time and breath.
