The blinds let the dawn light get in and spy on you. From the other room, a radio tune desperately tries to lead some imperceptible sounds into your stiff mind. Eventually, the familiar voice of your mother persuasively carries you away from your dreams. A quick, warm shower, a hurried breakfast; you pull on your daily navy blue uniform, get yourself equipped with a packed schoolbag, leaving behind the warmth of your home. While you are heading for school, anxiety gets hold of you. What will it be like today? The clear morning air is refreshing to your senses which are awakened, ready for a complete day of action at the 'Vasile Alecsandri' High School.
             You get caught into the moving swarm of navy blue uniforms. The beauty of the imposing building embraced by young smiles is reassuring. You are in the right place, making headway through the labyrinthine paths of the front garden, guarded by old trees, whose leaves are kneeling in front of the statue of Vasile Alecsandri. On entering the temple, your eyes wander playfully on the walls, adorned with portraits of personalities of the past. Further on, you unconsciously quiver at the sight of thronged diplomas on both your sides. You feel the grandeur of the achievements and for a second or two you wonder about your place in the world.
             You are welcomed by friendly mates with whom you prate up to your History teacher's arrival. By now, you are wide awake and capable of taking in as much information as possible. The bell rings. The backyard is noisily conquered by children and teenagers, laughing, blabbing, eating snacks, playing carefreely, enjoying themselves. Back in class: SURPRISE. Visiting their former English teacher , a group of teenagers who study abroad are willing to share their exciting experience as international students. You look up to them. You know you've chosen the right path; you only have to follow it and make your dream come true.
