Some pastors are trying to get the kids more involved in Christ by using rap/hip-hop as an approach. The future of America depends on the younger generation. Since television is such a big factor for the younger generation of today, it is used as a tool to get the rap/hip-hop look into the homes and into their minds. One is the fact that there is a constant strive to want to be like some celebrities. In the hip-hop culture, everyone wants to be "gangster" or a "thug.
