There is no need for an unarmed man to be shot and killed. Police are supposed to be trained to handle situations with unarmed perpetrators so he or she doesn't have to fire his or her weapon unnecessarily. If a weapon does have to be fired the person shouldn't be caused to die from it.In my opinion the police force has gotten more brutal with pedestrians every year. I myself wouldn't exactly say that. If this is so then the problem with police is not really the issue. Soon officers are not going to be able to get their job done. Yet made no comment on Detective Vasquez's departmental disciplinary history. If anything it is pulling races apart. " Yet Giulliani didn't say why a man has to look around in case there is a trigger happy detective walking around in the middle of the night. The people of the city are going to get more fed up, more outraged, and more intolerant of police.
